1. Download & install Spell Number from the iTunes Store
2. Launch the app
3. Enter this number: 91929394.59
4. Click return.
5. Quit the app
6. Open Settings
7. Select -> General -> International -> Keyboards -> Japanese
8. Switch Emoji to on.
