Heart Attack

Picture this:
It is 6pm and you are driving home alone after a long hard day at work.
You are tiered and bored.
Suddenly you feel a pain in your chest, arm and jaw.
You're only a few miles away from the nearest hospital, don't know if you can get there in time.

Perhaps you're someone that preaches preventive measures and know well enough how to prevent a hear attack, but have never have done them for yourself.

Most people who suffer heart attacks are alone, without any help
.

A person who starts to feel a heart attack, experiences loss of consciousness in only 10 seconds.

So what do you do?

Answer:
Do not fear
, start to cough firmly and repeatedly.

Take a deep breath before each cough.
Your cough must be deep and long, from deep in your chest.
Deep breaths followed by coughs must be repeated once every two seconds without stopping,
Until help arrives, or until your heart begins to beat normally again.

The pressure from the coughing causes the heart to go to a normal rhythm. This could be the difference between life and death and can help someone who has had a heart attack hold on until help arrives, or a normal rhythm is regained.

Pass this along to anyone you think is at risk of heart attack in hopes to help them through a very scary time.
